Igor Grujičić - Biografija i profesionalni rad

ABOUT ME

My name is Igor Grujičić, I am a philosopher and interactive psychotherapist, born in 1988. I enrolled in Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad in 2012 and graduated with a thesis titled Fichte’s Idealism. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Philosophy at the University of Belgrade.

My passion for philosophy has never waned, and over the years, I developed an interest in psychology and psychoanalysis, which has further shaped my professional path.

In 2019, I began specialized training at the Institute for Philosophy and Interdisciplinary Studies in Novi Sad, which I will complete in 2024.

I currently hold the position of Senior Research Associate at this Institute, where I actively research various philosophical and psychoanalytic topics, with a special focus on expanding the theoretical field of interactive psychoanalysis.

Additionally, I give lectures on Karl Jaspers' General Psychopathology, Existential Psychotherapy, Neuropsychoanalysis, and Interactive Psychoanalysis.

In 2020, I founded the academic association The Soul House with the aim of promoting public education in the fields of philosophy and psychology.

My vision focuses on providing comprehensive education, raising public awareness, and fostering the development, promotion, and advancement of philosophical and psychological disciplines.

I am one of the editors of the journal Agrafa, which focuses on the philosophy of psychoanalysis.

The journal contributes to the dissemination of academic and professional knowledge by publishing relevant works that inspire researchers, students, and all those interested in these fields. I am also a member of the editorial board of the journal Filozofski savjetnik.

I am a member of the International Neuropsychoanalysis Society (NPSA); I participated in the 22nd International Neuropsychoanalysis Congress in Tel Aviv in 2023, and my paper was presented at the 24th Congress held in New York in 2025, which enabled the exchange of ideas with colleagues from around the world and provided insight into the latest developments in neuropsychoanalysis, further enriching my theoretical and therapeutic work.

Additionally, I have been a long-time member of the SVAR philosophical society.

My work is distinguished by an interdisciplinary approach that combines elements of philosophy, psychoanalysis, and psychotherapy, contributing to the understanding of the human psyche and emotional processes.

My research encompasses the development of theoretical frameworks for interactive psychoanalysis, and I am also engaged in studying the works of Sándor Ferenczi, which enriches my therapeutic perspective. This allows me to tailor my approach to the individual needs of each client, as I believe that a strong working alliance is crucial for effective psychotherapy.

Love and work are the key factors of human happiness.

Freud

In addition to my academic work and engagement in the fields of philosophy and psychotherapy, I am active in entrepreneurship as the founder of SwedHandel Group DOO in Novi Sad. This company focuses on providing high-quality services in GPS and telematics solutions.

Through collaboration with both international and local partners, I contribute to the development of the local community and sustainable business practices, which directly promote environmental sustainability and business stability, ensuring a safer and more secure future.

My work in entrepreneurship, particularly in the dynamic sectors of transport and telematics, complements my academic approach, allowing me to connect theoretical knowledge from philosophy and psychotherapy with the practical aspects of business.

I believe that an interdisciplinary approach can bring new insights and innovative solutions, both in scientific research and in the business world.
